Policies
Cancellations:
As a courtesy to our guests and stylists, appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled services.
Returns and Adjustments:
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All product s must be at least ¾ full to be accepted for return.
All services are non-refundable, however we proudly offer complimentary adjustments within 10 days of the original service.
Children:
For the safety of your little ones, we ask that children under 13 be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guardians must be present for the consultation portion of all services for children under 18.
COVID-19 POLICIES
We kindly ask that guests with fevers, respiratory symptoms or who have been exposed to Covid-19 within 14 days, do not enter the building.
Each of our staff is licensed in sanitation and disinfection. All touch points are thoroughly sanitized between each guest with medical grade disinfectant.
One person at a time, please! With the exception of caretakers, we ask that no children or guests accompany you to your appointment.
