Covid-19 Policy

Cloud 9 has always followed strict disinfectant protocols, and will continue to put the health & well being of our staff and guests as top priority. Upon reopening, you will notice several new safety enhancements that include the following:

Our team will be wearing masks, gloves when needed, and protective aprons. It is now mandatory that you wear a mask of your own. If you do not have one, we can provide you with a disposable one upon request.

All stations and tools will continue to be sanitized after every guest.

All touch points throughout the salon/spa will be sanitized every hour.

We will implement a phone check-in to encourage social distancing. You will be asked to arrive at the exact time of your appointment. We will have you call the salon upon arrival and a team member will let you know when your service provider is ready for you.

We will be restricting the number of guests inside the salon. This mean no friends/children may accompany you to your appointment. If the client is a minor, (1) guardian will be allowed to accompany him/her.

We will social distance those within the salon when processing or waiting in between appointments.

Lastly, if you have recently traveled, and/or are feeling ill with fever or cough, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. All cancellation fees will be waived for the month of May.
